The Trump Response (or Lack Thereof) (approximated points of interest)
- The Trump speech that responded to the Charlottesville VA march, violence, etc. was ten minutes, twenty eight seconds (10:28) long;
- 1:00 – We condemn in the strongest possible terms this display of bigotry, hatred and violence–on many sides–on many sides.
- 1:14 – “It’s been going on for long time in our country. Not Donald Trump–not Barack Obama. It’s been going on for a long time.”
- 2:19 – Our country is doing so well in many ways. We have record–we have absolute record employment…”
- 2:53 – We have so many incredible things happening in our country. So when I watch Charlottesville, it’s very very sad. I want to salute the great work of the state and local police in VA…

We love our country, we love our God, we love our Flag, we’re proud of our country–we’re proud of who we are. SO we want to get this situation straightened out in Charlottesville, and we want to study it.
